How can I get into shape if I am experiencing pain?
Pain or discomfort can be normal during exercise depending on the situation. For anyone experiencing pain, I educate them on which pain symptoms being experienced are normal and which requires an adjustment to the exercise plan. Having access to a clinical expert provides my clients with the instruction and support they need to achieve their health goals. Pain and discomfort is a normal part of life and also a normal aspect of progress in fitness. Knowing which pain to adjust to and which to work through makes all the difference.

How do I know what to eat and when?
As your coach, together we will discover which foods improve your energy and focus and which foods drain you and steal your progress. I start with each meal being based on protein with the protein being eaten first as protein makes you feel full sooner. Protein is also a dopamine regulator, therefore it helps to regulate mood and brain energy throughout the day. You are not the same as anyone else and a individualized meal plan is as important to your progress as the exercise.
